The grass-mowing machine is designed for mowing natural and sown herbs with the laying of moved grass in the swath or roll.

The grass-mowing machine has a possibility of automatical adjusting to the terrain, even with the significant irregularities of the soil.

As a base of perfect work is the reliable cutting bar BR-3.1. With rotors speed of up to 3000 turn/min, the mowers mowing high-yielding and laden herbs at high progressive speeds of up to 15 km/h. Due to the curved shape of the knives, a double cut of the stems and damage of the root system are eliminated, which increases the probability of a good harvest at the next mowing.

Due to the special construction, the knives toss the beveled mass up and back along the direction of the cutter bar. In this way, when mowing of high-yielding herbs at higher speeds, there is no congestion in front of it, and the mown mass cannot be cut twice. As a result the hay has a high quality and energy costs are reduced.

Drum casings are installed on the extreme rotors of the cutting bar for the possibility of preliminarily narrowing the flow of the mowed mass of the grass.

• Uniform pressure on the soil and automatic copying are provided by springs balancing mechanism. As a result - a stable, uniform cut and minimal mass contamination;
• Due to the high rotors speed of 3000 turn/min and cutting speed of up to 80 m/s, the mower cuts without damaging the roots of the crop;
• Screw construction of the knives during rotation throwing the beveled mass up and back in the direction of the cutting bar movement. In this way, when mowing of high-yielding herbs at higher speeds, there is no congestion in front of him and the mown mass is not being cut twice. As a result the hay has a high quality and energy costs are reduced;
• The rotor disks do not protrude beyond the front edge of the cutting bar and provide protection when hitting with stones;
• When hitting an obstruction, a safety mechanism is triggered. When the safety mechanism is activated, the mower deviates back for preventing from destruction, while the front part of the bar is lifted up, allowing to overcome small obstacles, such as stones. To continue working it need just to turn back and to return the mower into the working position;
• Cutting safety elements located on each rotor are saving from the critical damage in case of hitting to the serious invisible obstacles in the grass. Due to this, failure of the remaining elements of the cutting bar is prevented. There is no need to disassemble and change all the gear wheels of the cutting bar, it is enough to change the shear bearing and the mower is ready for work;
• Drum casings are installed on the extreme rotors of the cutting bar allowing preliminarily to narrow the flow of the beveled mass of plants;
• Between the tools, in the front part of the cutting bar, reflective segments are installed to protect the gear beam and rotors from damage, as well as contributing to a better cut quality.
